You would have a higher ranking with search engines if you didn't use a frame and dropped all images (apply them as CSS background images). Also, style the body {} instead of using a table and use h1 and h2 elements, since google places a lot of weight on headings and cleanly marked up pages.
Thanks for the info, will look into everything you have said tomorrow, and re-work the site a bit to suit.
